Above is the new cover for Hilary Duff’s single for “Reach Out”. It was leaked by Hilary Duff’s official Australian website, and soon made its way all over the ‘Net. As an update on chart status, Hilary Duff is still climbing up in numbers on the Billboard Hot Dance Club Play (peak: 14) and Hot Dance Airplay (peak: 19) for “Reach Out”.

Public Memorial to Take Place for Hudson Family

A public memorial service will be held on Sunday for the Hudson family, mourning the tragic death of Jennifer Hudson’s mother, brother and 7-year-old nephew.
“The Hudson family welcomes anyone who wishes to attend and pay their respects to these three beloved members of the Chicago community” says Jennifer’s rep.

Hilary Duff takes Jack to the Vet – Video
In addition to the photos I posted yesterday, there is also video of Hilary Duff taking her Yorkie terrier Jack to Valley Veterinary Specialty Services in Studio City on Thursday afternoon. The paparazzi try to ask Hilary how her dog is, and if she’s going to dress up for Hallowe’en. She didn’t answer though – probably partly because she was trying to talk on her phone at the time!

Jessica Biel Angry About “Rehab” Video?
Well, supposedly, Justin Timberlake’s girlfriend, Jessica Biel, isn’t happy after seeing pictures of JT and Rihanna on the set for the “Rehab” music video.
Rumors, started by the National Enquirer, (not always the most dependable source) say that Jessica “felt sick to her stomach” after seeing photos from the shoot.
“Everyone was gushing about the intense chemistry between Rihanna and Justin,” says National Enquirer.

Lindsay Lohan at got all glammed up last night to attend the FEARnet 2nd anniversary party at The Cellar Bar at Bryant Park Hotel in New York City. FEARnet is a multi-platform horror network, so it’s only fitting that they host a Hallowe’en party. Lindsay got festive in a subtle way, wearing a fabulously chic spiderweb necklace! Love it!

Joe the Plumber Wants to Get Into Country Music
TMZ is reporting that “Joe the Plumber,” aka Samuel J. Wurzelbacher, the 34-year-old “every guy” from Ohio who was catapulted into the mainstream spotlight by U.S. presidential nominee John McCain, apparently wants to try his hand at country music, because he’s a “hardcore fan” and can “carry a tune.”
He’s already retained the services of three managers to “craft his brand.”
