American Idol 8 Top 9 Anoop Desai “Caught Up”
Anoop Desai chose to sing Usher’s “Caught Up” and I was really surprised by the song choice. It’s my favorite song from the Confessions album and I think Anoop did a reasonably good job but I would have liked to see him pick a song that allowed him to show off his vocal abilities because he can really sing. Here’s some footage from Hollywood TV that shows Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony out with the babies. I love how the reporter screams, “You got the motherly instinct, J-Lo!” as the baby cries in the background.
And no WONDER the baby was crying! Yikes – the amount of camera flashes are ridiculous. No wonder celebs freak out when it comes to their children’s safety.

Ellen Pompeo Comments on Grey’s Anatomy Wedding
Ellen Pompeo dropped by Children’s Hospital Boston yesterday, alongside her husband Chris Ivery. She was naturally pressed about the rumors surrounding the upcoming Grey’s Anatomy wedding. Although, they’re not so much rumors anymore, since Shonda Rhimes herself confirmed it. Sort of. Well, in a cryptic sort of way.

Tiny Venue Fischerspooner Shows
Fischerspooner, whose new album Entertainment comes out on May 5, is having previews of their new show at the tiny Performing Garage. They will have three special shows with 60 people at each on April 23, 24, and 25. Tonight on MTV T.I.’s Road To Redemption After The Finale Special
Last Friday, T.I. had his “official day of reckoning.” The rapper was sentenced to one year and one day in prison for felony weapons charges stemming from his October 2007 arrest. Tip is scheduled to report to prison voluntarily within the next six to eight weeks.
Tonight on T.I.’s Road To Redemption we’ll get to see what happened after Tip left that Georgia courtroom on Friday.
