Coroner Releases Brittany Murphy Drug Info

The L.A. County Coroner has released the drugs that were in Brittany Murphy’s system when she died. She had “elevated levels of hydrocodone, acetaminophen, and chlorpheniramine. L-methamphetamine was also present.” (TMZ)
