Did Drake Illegally Sample A ‘Playboy’-owned Song?
Playboy Enterprises has sued Drake and his record label for copyright infringement, claiming he illegally sampled a song they owned on his hit single “Best I Ever Had.”
Last week, Playboy filed suit against the Canadian rapper, claiming he took material from the 1975 song “Fallin’ In Love” by by Hamilton, Joe Frank & Reynolds, which the adult entertainment company owns the rights to.
