Serena buys a pregnancy test for Blair since Blair is in serious denial about the idea that she could be pregnant.
Drama ensues.
Since Serena bought the test – and the image of her doing it makes the rounds on Gossip Girl – Dan finds out and believes that Serena is pregnant.
Blair confesses to Serena that she had a fling with Chuck – but fails to tell her about Nate.
