Sure has been a lot of “chatter” lately about Christian Slater’s new TV show My Own Worst Enemy premiering Oct. 13 on NBC.
NBC has released a sneak peek of the new show featuring Slater’s alter ego (Henry Spivey, the suburban working father and husband) talking to his psychiatrist about whether a dream was reality or just a dream. His other “identity” is a spy but he doesn’t know that, according to the premise of the series, until things begin to unravel.
I didn’t realize how much I’ve missed Christian Slater until I saw this scene. Then it hit me! I miss you Christian! It’s something about his voice or the way he carries himself, I’m not sure. I’ve watched Christian as a teenager when he first starred in The Legend of Billie Jean with Helen Slater and later enjoyed his films Bed of Roses, Broken Arrow and Hard Rain.
Do you have a favorite Christian Slater movie? What do you think about his new series?
