TV Guide went behind the scenes at the sold-out LA performance of the So You Think You Can Dance Tour recently. In this clip, we get to see the dancers talk about how they have to take care of themselves in order to be able to stay on the tour. Dancing is very physically challenging! We also get a few glimpses at the dances they perform!
