I actually had no idea that Jake Weber was in the Brad Pitt film, Meet Joe Black
I did a little searching around on YouTube and found an extended trailer of the 1998 film that also stars Claire Forlani and Anthony Hopkins. Weber seems to play Hopkins’ right-hand man, and is featured pretty prominently in the clip. In any case, it’s funny to see Weber with the same short haircut he has now, wearing a 90s suit.

Tee-Hee, I was! I think that was the first time I ever became aware of Jake Weber and I was only a kid at the time. He was always “that guy!” that randomly showed up in whatever my parents were watching at the (mainly “Meet Joe Black”, ’cause by mom watched a billion times). He was such a-hole in said movie though

Hmm, I may need to watch this movie just for Jake…I actually almost bought Dawn of the Dead the other day because it had him in it.
I’ve seen this film too but in my pre-Medium watching days so don’t remember Jake’s character or the film too well. It’s usually on the Christmas schedule somewhere so I might have to record it and rewatch if that’s the case.
