Adam Castelli Eliminated from Canadian Idol

Adam Castelli Eliminated Canadian Idol

Adam Castelli was eliminated from Canadian Idol tonight and, well, I’m not terribly surprised.  Don’t get me wrong, I understand why he made it through the competition so far but I think he’s got some maturing to do.

He was joined, in the bottom three, by Mookie Morris and Sebastian Pigott.  It’s going to be one of those seasons, isn’t it?  Mookie Morris did not belong in the bottom.  Sure, his performance last night wasn’t his best but where are his fans when he needs them?  I won’t name any names but when it comes to being voted off, there are far more deserving contestants than Mookie.

Do you agree with the elimination?

Plus, I didn’t think his performance was as great as the judges said.

Did Adam deserve to go? There were more deserving contestants, for sure. But more importantly, did Mookie deserve to be in the bottom 3????? No way. Get out there and VOTE Toronto!!!!!

Just thought you’d want to know that Adam Castelli will perform September 18th at a charity event in Hamilton; the event is the “Miles for Smiles” charity auction, raising funds for kids in need in downtown Hamilton. (Thursday September 18th, 2008, beginning at 5:30 p.m. at Tailgate Charlies, 69 John St. S. Hamilton). Anyone who’s in the Hamilton area is welcome to attend. Hamilton’s female artist of the year (2007), Michelle Titian is also scheduled to perform.

For more information, see the announcement at http://www.milesforsmilesride.ca.
