One of rap star Akon’s claims to fame was his rap sheet; at one point he even claimed that he faced a 75 year sentence. Unfortunately, the Smoking Gun has unearthed the truth behind Akon’s crime claims; basically, none of them are true and it looks like he made it all up for more street credibility.
