General Hospital Recap : Alexis and Daughters (July 8th or 9th)
Who enjoyed the family ambiance from the dinner scene between Alexis Davis and her two newly SOPAS’d girls, Kristina and Molly last Thursday (or Wednesday July 8th or 9th). At one point I was hoping Sam would walk in and join them to partake in their spaghetti, salad, and garlic bread dinner.
What I found interesting though was the subject of their dinner conversation. The FIRST time we see these all-girl household, in such a realistic heartfelt family scene, they’re talking about Mommy’s affair with the Mayor. And about the e-mails and hate campaign in the horizon. Awwwww, how sweet, juicy, and oh so dysfunctional. For a moment I thought of an upgraded version of a Jerry Springer episode, LOL. This time with a complete set of teeth and designer clothes.
Having said that, I commend the GH writers for writing about it. Alexis did a very naughty thing. It’s not only her life and career that’s affected. She had 2 daughters who need to understand what happened and be in the know of how they’re all going to deal with it instead of hiding the situation leaving them more scathed in the end. Thank goodness Alexis didn’t say the Mayor is her soul mate and that she doesn’t have a husband who would have to deal with that statement while trying to work on their marriage. Thank goodness for small blessings indeed, HEHE.
I wonder what they’ll be talking about next time?
