I’m not sure if Ali Lohan is wearing a tail, but she did throw on some kitty ears and a bow tie as she attended Animals Fair Magazine’s 8th Annual Halloween Pet Costume Party in New York City this week.
Ali has requested permission to work in Los Angeles during the schol term. She filed for a work permit that would allow her to record with Maloof Music producers.
