The rumor has been out for weeks now that Jeff Branson(Jonathan Lavery) is leaving the show. It’s finally confirmed. Jonathan is written off the show. Jeff’s exit is in the Spring but no official last date has been given. Of course not. Jonathan is just going to disappear and one day, probably like 5 months after he’s gone, Princess Emma will ask where Uncle Jon is..LOL.

i dont think he should leave , i think he should be brought back, and be made to fight for the love of his life ava. he cant leave because he is part of the lavery family and his brother needs him.
He can go – In SID he suggests that Ryan helped him with his acting – He suggests that Ryan has such a great future with AMC – It really sounded contrived like the CM and RB damage control – He can go
I think its horrible that Jonathan has been written off,he was a fantastic actor and very loyal to his fans.I say that with first hand experience.I feel the writers are ruining the soap due to lack of being consistant it seems no one ever lasts anymore.
I do miss him on AMC but am glad he’s back to daytime on GL!
