The plot for the All My Children murder mystery is now being planted in our consciousness methodically, and mysteriously. The spoilers said we could pick from the pictures of Adam, Erica, Tad, Ryan, Zach, or Kendall. The promos say it’s a “legendary” character. Alrighty then, let’s dissect these 5 people, shall we?
I agree with Dan from SoapCentral when he said Ryan, Zach, and Kendall are not yet in the “legendary” category. Not to discredit the characters but compare to Erica, Tad, and Adam, those 3 needs to add more marriages and divorces on their respective repertoire to be called legendary. That would take about 15-20 more years or so.
So it seems like we are with Tad, Erica, and Adam. If you don’t want to read my theory, do not click “read more”…
There are budget cuts going on. But I don’t think AMC will fire Susan Lucci, Michael E. Knight, or David Canary. So which legendary character is going to die then. How would Pratt kill a character making it a major storyline without firing anyone?
My theory is that, Stuart will be killed off. Stuart, twin of Adam Chandler which makes him legendary by association. Stuart, who suddenly showed up in town after months of not being seen. Stuart, who showed up in town when his son Scott came back. Stuart, who had a father and son moment today (May 14th). Stuart, who has impersonated Adam in the past at the latter’s request. A lot of people in Pine Valley want to kill Adam Chandler. Would it be Adam or Stuart getting the bullet, or whatever else the killer would use for that matter.
But, this is just my theory. There is a strong possibility that I am wrong. Or maybe not since my husband said I’m always right, haha. Who do you think is going to die?
If it is Stuie no one hates him and the ads all say it’s someone you love and hate. Unless you go by that you hate Adam and love Stuie.
Okay if it is Stuie…don’t all the ads say that the character you love and hate? Who hates Stuart. But then you might say they love Stuie and hate Adam…Would that take care of it? Great Post
I think your theory is correct, they can’t kill Erica or Tad but Stuart is dispensible without losing Canary. I have to say he is a tremendous actor because I do not even think about the fact that he plays both . He is so convincing in both
I agree. It’s got to be Stuart. They just brought back Scott and Liza (did Marian return too? I have my sick hubby at home who cringes when I have the soaps on, so not worth that drama) so there would be plenty of other family (i.e., not Adam, JR or Colby) to morn him, as well as the rest of Pine Valley. His memorial service could be wonderful. They could bring up his love of Cindy as well as Marian. Wouldn’t it be great if they could have a scene of Cindy escorting him to Heaven? Non of the fans would have a dry eye.
Where do Pratt get off !Saying that Jackson is not enough of a challenge for Liza as a D.A. Jackson can run little Liza in the ground if he just had good writer doing there job. Pratt you have for got that Jackson was Erica man and he can see a lie coming. Liza is not all of that! It all about us fan and how we see it. It not about you making us like Liza are you trying to put her in Kendall and Erica place. Are you downing Jackson. It about you give these people something to work with.
So Stuart will die and Adam will use the death of his brother to play stuart while his chandler is run by scott just to stick it to J.R. and David.

I, unfortunately, believe that I know who did it. Soap Opera Digest gave it away with a picture in their article prior to the shooting. So I think it is Liza Colby…She is a non-contract player….no one will guess her, and now that she is Zach’s lawyer…This is my pick.
I absolutely believe that it is Stuart Chandler who took the bullet…They could never get rid of Adam permanently. That was the first thing I thought when they officially said that Adam is dead…I knew it was Stuart!!
Hi kind of wish that Adam had died, and Stuart (pretending to be Adam) took over his life and the business…and no one could figure out why Adam/Stuart had become a loving and ethical person. lol lol That would make me smile, and if done right, it could confuse us all forever.
I think Adam kill Stuart .
Ok..if it turns out that Liza did not do it, maybe it will be ANNIE……She may have thought that she killed Adam, and gave CPR to the person she thought was Stuart.
hmmmmm.
I wonder if maybe Marissa found out that Adam was blackmailing Krystal and blamed him for finding out the truth about her parents…
