All My Children Must Really Be On A Budget

Tamara-Braun-18june08_nc

I don’t know about you guys but I think Reese has worn that ugly brown ruffled front top about  5 (or 4 or 6) times now.  It was ugly the first time she wore it, it’s still ugly this 5th (or 4th or 6th) time she has worn it.

I know everyone is in a tight budget right now to save the Daytime community. The last thing we all really want is another one to get the ax like CBS axed Guiding Light. But I’m sure All My Children wardrobe department could find better ways to save money.

Let’s start with Erica Kane’s wardrobe, shall we? I mean Reese has to wear tops over and over again. It’s fine, we do it all the time. But at least pick a nicer top that that stupid fitted jersey(or whatever) with 3 tiers of ruffles sewn in at front. If they auction off a few of Erica Kane’s shoes, maybe they could afford to buy a better top for Reese.

Unless of course Erica Kane is wearing Susan Lucci’s own clothes then by all means ignore what I just said. Ooops.

i think they should give Reese some new clothes to wear. also why is it so easy for everyone to get out of jail and leave the country.

If AMC is on a budget…perhaps they shouldn’t hire newbie actors and focus on the characters they have on-screen and are already under contract.

I want to know where the writers are coming up with the lines for the actors. They seem to keep repeating themselves, expecially Kendall, like they are fixated on getting an answer to something that has already been answered many times.
Also, David is completely out of line. Why do the writers keep making him do rediculous things that are totally out in space. Even if he is crazy, why would he insist on being the only one that can care for “his” children (Little A, Trevor). Why would he insist on keeping the child’s mother away from her husband, whom she has made very clear to David that she loves him as much as the child. David’s story line doesn’t even make “soap opera” sense.
