All My Children : Richie Was Cremated?

What The?????????? How can you cremate a dead body that is under investigation? HOW? Protocols or not, wouldn’t it look too suspicious that you get your brother’s body cremated while the Chief of Police is still trying to find out how he died? Doesn’t the Pine Valley Police Department have locks on cases like this.

Is Annie that stupid? Or is she pressure enough to do something drastic? Anyone would a brain would know what she’s already under  a watchful eye. Getting the body cremated before everything else is solved is just too convenient.
