Since Adam now knows that Scott has the hots for Annie, by Scott’s own admission, the latter decides he’ll stay away by going back to Chicago. Adam discouraged him in leaving town. Scott is staying which is a wise decision since they’re all needed in court. Adam, Annie and Scott will finally meet their Judge assigned on their case.

After hearing Amanda’s confession, Jake leaves his wife. David finds out he isn’t Trevor’s father. So who is it then I’m sure we’ll find out sometime. Now that David knows he can’t father a child, he’ll tell Amanda the truth. In your dreams. Hellllooo. He’s got a better idea. He’ll pretend to be dying to get Amanda’s compassion and sympathy.

Damon and Bailey are conveniently hanging out t Liza’s house with Baby Stuart. Liza of course kicked Damon out which made Bailey angry. Wow, and to think Liza only adopted one child. Bailey is gong to decided whether she wants to keep Baby Stuart or not. I’m rooting for Liza, you?

While Zach packs Kendall’s belonings, Kat shows up to turn over Kendall’s wedding rings. OUCH. She tells Zach that Kendall let them when she ran away with Aidan. Zach has no choice but to prepare for another divorce, Kat then asks Aidan how he’s going to  make Kendall fall in love with him. Thanks Kat, coz I’d like to know as well.
