Get ready to stay up (or like me, set your DVR). Ugly Betty’s America Ferrera will be on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno tonight! There should be some juicy stuff come out of this one: certainly she will mention the upcoming filming schedule. (I wouldn’t look for any spoilers – the only thing it seems the writers will divulge is that episode 2.14 will revolve around Betty’s birthday.
I have no doubt that Ferrera’s support of Hillary Clinton will come up as well, considering she has been so involved in the Clinton campaign. And, of course, there is the writer’s strike and the 400,000 awards Ferrera has won to talk about as well.
I love appearances like this one, because she usually dresses down for them (in a Hollywood, classy way). As much as I love America all dressed up, she is even more appealing as the girl next door.

Yesss! She’ll probably also be talking about her new movie, but hopefully she’ll squeeze in a fair amount of Betty talk too!
