During his comments to David Archuleta was the first tim I ever saw Simon clap for a contestant. He must really be impressed with David.

I think David is amazing!! He has such a good voice, I’ve liked every performance he has done. I think he is going to go far. There aren’t too many this season I really care for, but he is definitely my fave.

I REALLY like this kid. and not because he’s adorable and young and all that crap. i like him cause he can sing. he can really sing. and it sounds great 99% of the time (other than forgetting the lyrics!) i’m a true fan because of his musical talent. simon hit the nail on the head when he commented on david’s performance this week: “amazing” !

I’m not a David A. Fan but I have to give him props cuz the boy can sing. He did a really good job.
