Brooke White sang “You Must Love Me” and Webber wasn’t sure she understood the meaning behind the song so he educated her about Evita Peron and why he wrote this song. I think she has a similar enough voice to Madonna that this song choice makes sense. Brooke asked the band to restart the song which wasn’t all that impressive to me but I felt a lot of emotion during her performance. Randy thought it wasn’t great vocally but full of emotion. Paula said she “must not stop and start” and Simon said that she thinks she will be very disappointed with that performance.

i think that you have a really good voice and presence but really in a performance the thing that you should do when you mess up is just keep going on and pretend like nothing happened not stop and ask to start over because a really good skill to have is the ability to recover when you make a mistake on stage
I don’t think Brooke wants the title as much as the others..David A. is a good singer but does not have indurance in his style of music..With the right music..Jason is marketable..David C. is the intertainer and has longevity..Seyesha is okay but I am so tired of the same sound that many hear on TBN
Talk about drama. You stop singing and ask to start again in front of millions of people. I don’t think I have seen that before.
Brooke should watch David A and take notes. He has forgotten words several times but he just keeps on going.
Watching those two makes me think that one is pretty happy and comfortable. And the other one is really not happy being on the show for some reason.
What is it with Brooke?
