American Idol 8 Auditions in San Francisco

Thousands of hopefuls faced cool temperatures in order to audition for the eighth season of American Idol in San Francisco, California.  Huddled at the “Cow Palace” (or as one potential contestant pictured above dubbed it – “Cowell Palace”) they took turns singing for the judges and I can’t wait to see it all on television in January.  Here are some great pictures:
