Apparently the two women share the same budget and currently Paula gets the bulk of it and Kara wants more. It seems pretty silly and I'm sure its just a rumor just like last week it was Paula that wasn't coming back because "4 judges is too much and takes up too much time". Then of course she took it back saying she was "misquoted".
