Angelica Puente is just 17-years-old but she has moved out of her house because she just can’t get along with her super-strict father. She said that she knows it’s just because he cares but she still struggles to get along with him.
He gave her his blessing about auditioning for Idol and she did a good job covering “Power of Love” – good, but not great. I think she was nervous and I hear the potential so it will be interesting to see what she does in the Hollywood round.

I knew Angelica when we were in middle school. I was excited to see someone I knew on idol. She has a good voice and great potential. Keep it up!
