This has been a busy month for 2 huge power couples – Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt and Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes. Brad and Angie attended both the Critics’ Choice Awards and the Golden Globes. Katie ended her stint on Broadway, while Tom has been promoting Valkyrie and although Katie didn’t walk the Golden Globes red carpet with Tom, she hopped on a plane and went to the after parties.
It’s being reported that Angelina left with Brad to Germany with their six kids and that she will stay there while he finishes filming “Inglorious Bastards”.
Supposedly, Katie and Suri Cruise are heading to Germany with Tom while he promotes “Valkyrie”. Rumors are circulating that Angelina and Katie are going to get together while they are both in Berlin.
Yep, it’s official….we are seriously hurting for TomKat news!

NO WAY!! THOSE TWO ARE LIKE DAY AND NIGHT!!!! ANGELINA is very arrogant to me and Katie is very down to earth. Katie is more simple,
in the good way. I do think that both have strong personalities, but Katie still is sweet.
I am in agreement. And if Tom and Katie are smart they will stay far away from those two homewreckers….yuk, cant stand the sight of them.
I thought that Cruise was flying to Amsterdam (??) on the 17th, not Germany. Wonder where he is off to now? My fave will always be Angelina and not Katie. I think Angie is so passionate, bright, sophisticated, and stunningly beautiful. Katie is too girl next door for me, especially now with her middle aged soccer mom ‘do’. No matter what she puts on anymore I just see her as a very average looking woman, not electric like Jolie.
God NO! This is a rumour, a bad rumour at that. I know Tom did Vampire with Brad but I don’t think they became firm friends after that. Just co star aquaintances. I doubt they call each other up for a chat. Tom is way above those two. Even at the awards, there was nothing about both couples partying together.
Angelina should not get anyw here near Katie. She is too vile and Katie is too innocent.
What would they have to talk about: AJ her humanitarian work and KH her shopping?

And Jenna, I wish you could expand on why you like Angie. I think she has severe psychological problems.
Kelly: I like Angelina because I admire greatly her work with the U.N. as well as the fact that her tax return reported over, I believe, 7 million donated to chairtable causes. In addition, anybody who chooses to adopt is considered extra “special” in my eyes. Adoption, by definition is such a selfless act. Thats why I admire both Angie as well as Brad. In additon, I find his manual labor and hard work rebuilding New Orleans to be such a gracious act. I have read alot on what he has contributed to the victims of Katrina and I find it remarkable. These two use their fame to bring both assistance as well as awareness to the severe plights of those less fortunate. Kudos to them both.
Foreign press, it would actually be quite difficult, there are very few undergroung parkings here in Manhattan.
Do not full yourself, Angelina might have depper needs to be happy and I am gald that she focused on being good to people who needs it (publicity aside) but she is the MASTER Media usser, do not full yourself. Tom is a begginner next to her.
This person has been married twice, has had the wildest youth, very strange habits and relationships (with women too), breaks a marriage,…..
yet she’s able to do the perfect spinn off. I bet she’s laughing so hard. I think she is an arrogant, intelligent, sexy, manipulative and unstable person. I really belive that she has some mental issues. Katie obviously is nothing like that.
She is a natural beauty , down to earth, very nice and captivating person. More human.

Jenna, why I am not surpprised that you are an Angelina fan? I could never be a fan of such a person. She is so manipulative and not a nice person at all. But let us not turn this site into a Brangelina site. There is a reason why some off us never visit their sites. They are two unpalatable people who I care nothing about. I wouldn’t watch their movies if I was paid. Their charity is all for PR and that is why they never do anything without alerting the press especially when their movies are about to be released.
I’m not interested in these two at all, I”ve said this before , but to me, he’s a block of ice, and avoid his movies, although I don’t mind her movies so much, the fact that she has nothing to do with her father and he hasn’t even seen his grandkids, says a lot about her personality, she still must hold it against him , when he called her mentally unstable, lets face it , someone who was into knives and cutting themselves, in intimate moments, or wore viles of blood around their neck, its somehow hard to bring yourself to admire them all of a sudden, maybe she has changed , but you don’t know what lurks beneath. No, somehow can’t see A and K meeting up for a coffee.
Lossla, I think you are right, Katie is an unknown person, but in her interviews you do pick up a few things, she always mentions her family,besides TC and the kids, but her parents and siblings, and in the Vanity Fair Suri issue the lady who interviewd them said that for Toms birthday Katie made him a quilt cover and incorperated pictures of the kids and family in it, and for their anniversary Katie designed him some shirts , the olive green one he wore on ET and the tag on the shirt collar said MY HUSBAND, to me that says a little bit of how Katie is.
Jenna: thank you for responding. I adopted 3 boys from Russia and to be honest, AJ gave “Americans” a bad name when she walked into a baby home in Russia in a very arrogant manner. But too much story to get into. I question her motives for adopting, maybe more to fill her own voids.
But I respect your views. I personally hope Katie avoids her.
Annie, that does say something about Katie. The fact that she left her family and lived 3,000 miles from them for half a year to pursue her career also says something. Almost like we’re talking about two different people. For Thanksgiving, she gushed about preparing with her family, but then ended up spending it with the Beckhams. I don’t know. As far as I’m concerned, the jury’s still out on this topic.

WOW! I’m shocked at all the terrible things being said about Brad and Angelina!! You guys hate it when people do that to Tom and Katie. Why would you do it to another couple!?!?!
I’ve worked with Brad and Angelina. On a personal basis, they’re lovely people. Very nice and very down to earth. I also admire the charitable work they do as well as the tons of money they have donated to various causes.
ALL the people who are in the business are about PR. That’s the way it works in this town!

Yes, she certainly did leave her family. Suri is not the definition of family here. If you count only Suri as family, well then, I guess you’d say she took her family with her. If you include the others with whom she lived over the past three years, and who she claims to adore, then she most certainly left them behind. Tom popped in and out of NYC to be with his family. Such stability for a three-year old. And, rumor is she’s going to do it again. The rumor may be false but, if true, is very telling. It’s a little unfair to single her out, because all actors are narcissistic, but to claim she’s not is laughable.

Mary, the “tons” of pictures show her with the other two kids a few days total. Tom flew in and out of NYC so if he was there half the time, that would probably be overstating it. Actors do not have normal relationships. That’s why they call it lala land.
Tom goes to germany for months, NK goes to Australia for months on end, but Katie can’t go to NY because she is deserting the family , the way you see it, Bella and Connor.

Katie can’t do Batman because of conflicting schedules, so she makes Mad Money , where she’s torn to pieces, Tom has a brilliant career, and so does NK,why should Katie be landed with the responsibity of keeping the family together when everybody else does what they want for their careers, I can’t figure out how you think Tyler.
Tyler has always had selective criticism, what is good for the goose is never good for the gander in her opinion. I cannot count how many celebs leave their teenage children to go work else where in the country. Besides we saw Connor and Bella in NY several times. I acknowledged that most celebrities lead different lives than most people. That doesn’t make that normal for children growing up. That’s why so many of them are messed up. Actors are narcissists for the most part. My comment, if you’ll look back, was directed at Annie, who made Katie sound like Suzy Homemaker.

When someone has zillions of dollars to spend on things , but takes the time and effort to make to make something for the people in their life ,it doesn’t make them Suzy homemaker it makes them caring.
Honestly, I find it lame that she made a shirt for TC and wrote “my husband” on the collar. That sounds so high school and last time I checked her husband was mid-forties, not early twenties. Perhaps she sewed that on the collar to remind him that he is married and to lessen her chances of a fourth wife entering the picture. I would never marry a man if I knew I was his third attempt at a successful marriage.
Annie, you don’t honestly believe she personally made a designer shirt for Tom, do you? Or a custom quilt, for that matter? All she has to do is have her servants do whatever she wants. Not really too hard to be caring that way, is it? She doesn’t even know how to open her own car door anymore, so you’d have a hard time convincing me she spends hours at the sewing machine.
