Everyone has been wondering where Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are these days since they’ve been keeping out of the spotlight for awhile. They manage to do this from time to time, and I sort of think this may show some truth to the story that they had rented a house in Long Island, because if they had a nice, private yard then the kids could run and play without the family having to go out among the cameras – if they were renting in Manhattan they’d have to go out more to keep the kids from developing cabin fever.
Anyway, at least I can tell you that Angelina Jolie was seen in New York City the other day, doing some more filming for Salt. There haven’t been as many photos of the filming lately, they may have been filming indoors, maybe even in a studio. The other day, though, the cast and crew were busy on Park ave and 50th, with Angie sporting her big black coat to keep warm.
I’m hoping for a Brad and Angelina date night soon because it’s always nice to see the two of them out together – or a family outing! – but for now I’m happy that they’re just relaxing and not being trailed by a hundred people with cameras at every step. One thing though, despite the rumors that Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, and the Jolie-Pitt kids are on vacation in the Philippines, it seems clear that they’re still on U.S. soil!

I just clicked the link the gena posted, and that house is gorgeous! Also, I searched around trying to find more pictures of it (which I didn’t succeed in) as only one picture was posted on the site that Gena linked…and found out something interesting.
Per Newsday, Sassafras IS the mansion the J-Ps are leasing in Long Island, but renovations are being done there at the moment, so they are temporarily staying at Rosehearty.
Anyway, whatever the case may be, I agree with Sherry that the lack of pictures of the J-Ps DOES seem to confirm the rumors that they have leased a mansion somewhere in Long Island.
We didn’t see very many pictures of them while they were staying at the Chateau Mireval last summer, either. I just hope that the paps don’t tresspass onto their property in Long Island and take pictures of them like they did in France!
Of course, the main reason the paps did that was to try to get the first photos of the twins, so, hopefully, that was a one-time occurence!

but i’m starting to just be contented that
they are having their privacy.. no pics and they are enjoying theirselves.. but still i’m hoping they could go out,, have a family bonding outside..
really miss seeing the JP kids outside.. miss the way Zee-zee look at the papaz.. or the way Shiloh smiles and waces at them.. oohh well..

Have you heard the rumour that she fainted after shooting a scene which involved running?I’m just wondering if it’s a story that only gossip portals in my country made up and spread around:P They also say that she’s exhausted beacause she decided to loose 9 kg…

Sharis, sounds like a rumor, especially about the weight loss. I think even Angie knows there wouldn’t be anymore fat to lose.

I remember reading about those rumors (fainting & weight loss) on Perez Hilton’s site. He linked it to a British tabloid. I’m sorry to be cross, but I’m just wondering, what’s up with the deluge of tabloid references in the comments section lately? :) I guess people just want confirmation??? Usually, tabloids are non-stories. :)

Yesterday someone mentioned that J Lo and Marc have an estate near where the Jolie-Pitts are staying. If they are renting the Murdoch estate, then they are near my ex-daughter-in-laws uncle. He is next door to J Lo and Marc.
