Angelina Jolie was spotted back at LAX on Friday, returning from her quick trip to Baghdad, Iraq. While there, she visited with the troops for some lunch, and spent a great deal of time in meetings discussing the need for increased international aid for Iraqi refugees in and out of the country.
In a previous post where we mistakenly thought Angelina was heading to Jordan, a reader asked if anyone knew any details about the blue bag she’s carrying, which can be seen clearly in these homecoming photos. It’s a really nice-looking bag, but unfortunately I don’t recognize it so I have no information about the brand. If anyone knows, please let us know here in the comments!

I’m back just getting ready for my Doctor’s appt at 2pm. gena, when my husband & I just got married, we plan to go there but then we decided to go to Baguio instead. I still want to see Cebu next time we go home. There are lots of beautiful places to visit in the Phil. Tagaytay, Baguio, Laguna ect. I am from the Province of Rizal. My husband is from La Union.
She’s been wearing that ring for a while, maybe it compliments her watch. I hope, they plan something special this Valentine’s day. Her waistline is a little bit bigger than before definitely a baby bump. see you all later, nice talking to you guys. God bless.

I can’t tell a bump in like a million years. Like this air force lady came to our school and she was like 6 months already and I never once thought she was pregnant. Later me and my friends asked our instructor why she was wearing a dress and he was like that’s the air force maternity dress. And I’m like Ohhhhhhhh.
So if Angie has a baby bump I wouldn’t be able to tell.
But she still looks awesome! Her skin is beautiful. And I like duffle bag too. Whenever I go travel I use like my school backpack.
(I’m enrolled in JROTC btw)

Thanks for the link of the story of the little boy, i first heard that in one FM stations here in the Philippines. Though it is no longer a surprise coz they are such good hearted people, it’s still nice to hear such story. They are beautiful people inside and out that’s why we fans and a lot of people around the world love them!

Angelina is DEFINITELY pregnant. Check out the second pic. Unless she’s sporting a gigantic pork belly, then it looks like a/two bun(s) in the making.

Paul – no I didn’t. The source is listed when I post photos. Although I do love photography and do have a very nice camera (Canon Rebel XT), I am not a paparazzi, just a blogger. :)

YAY! Nice to know she’s back :-)
Definite baby bump, hehe…
@ Lianne:
That’s a very nice theory. Her roots are indeed showing already. Everyone knows preggy women can’t dye their hair… I wish for twins! :-)
Nice to know there are so many Pinays here :-) PI isn’t as bad as it is usually being portrayed on the news. Try the Whaleshark watching (or as they call it “Butanding”) in Donsol, Sorsogon :-)

For the last few weeks any pictures we have seen of Brad and Angie, or each alone, I have not noticed any bodyguards. Am I missing them? When Angie went to Iraq I saw no one around her that looked like one of usual bodyguards.

Mary Ann, every time Ange goes for UN work, she usually don’t have any bodyguards except the locals. In Iraq, she got some military guards so she is pretty much safer in the military base. I hope, Brad & Ange attend the Spirit Awards on Thursday. I miss them. Goodnight to all. I have to rest, had a long day at work. Hi gena, Ligaya, Lucy & to all the fans.

Hi, Irma & everyone (been offline).
Irma, are you sure about the Spirit Awards being on Thursday? The official site (http://www.filmindependent.org/) says Saturday, 2/23/08, 2pm PT/5pm ET. It’ll be broadcast live on Independent Film Channel and an edited version later (AMC? A&E?).
It’s always the Saturday before the Oscars. (I was there last year because Half Nelson had several nominations – my 1st/only celebrity event.)
Haven’t had the energy to check about the bleacher seats at the red carpet. I wanted to go because I’m pretty sure Angie & Brad will be there.
At least I already voted online for Angie, all the AMH nominations, and Irrfan Khan.
Nominees I expect to show up besides Brad & Angie & AMH crew: Juno people (Ellen Page competing against Angie, Diablo Cody), our fave Don Cheadle, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Stege Zahn, and the I’m Not There cast/crew for the Robert Altman Ensemble Award (Cate, Christian Bale, Richard Gere, Ben Whishaw, Marcus Carl Franklin, Charlotte Gainsbourg – Heath Ledger was part of the cast too). Cate Blanchett is iffy – she’s preggers and will have to come from Australia.

I’m glad too that Angie came home safe. It’s a relief, but I wasn’t biting my nails because no one – UNHCR, Gen. Petraeus, Prime Minister (?) Maliki, and the Iraqi migration officials – would have let Angelina step into a hot, dangerous situation. There was a time she when she went to visit Darfur but then had to go to Chad instead because the situation was too hot. She was fine last time she visited Iraq & Syria last August. So I felt confident she’d be fine this time around too. Angie is too smart, she’s not careless; she has responsibilities as a mother, and as a UNHCR Goodwill Ambassador. She doesn’t take any unnecessary risks.
