Angelina Jolie was seen running (for cover? For her life?) on the set of Salt in Washington, DC. This time she was back to being a blond, tucking the hair under a little knit cap, and was wearing a camel peacoat, jeans, and low-heel boots.
I think that seeing little glimpses of scenes that are likely going to be very high-action is such a great way to create buzz around a movie. Rather than spoiling the movie for us, I find that it just makes me anticipate it even more. Usually we see Angelina walking around casually, either all dressed up and graceful on the red carpet or going somewhere with her kids. We don’t see her running at full speed around the streets of Washington, so that instantly makes me curious and I want to know what’s going on in this scene. Is she running to get somewhere quickly because she needs to beat someone to some documents? Is someone chasing after her and she’s trying to get away? Is she just in a hurry because the clock is ticking? We don’t know the answer, so it makes it all that much more exciting, waiting to see the movie.

I have to say, I think Angelina looks really beautiful with the blond hair. She looks best with her own natural brown, but the blond suits her so well too. I like the knit cap too, I’ve been wanting one of those for awhile.
The photos make me giggle a little bit because running looks a bit silly when it’s frozen in a still picture but they are definitely getting me geared up for seeing this movie next year!

She is beautiful either way…. but I am just curious if that is a wig she’s wearing or if she actually colored her hair blond for this movie.
I agree with azumi. Angie has always had thin arms and legs and been on the thin side in general (she even said back in 2007 when she was explaining her weight loss that, “I’ve always been lean”). That’s just her body type. Even during her pregnancies (particularly her pregnancy with Shiloh) her arms and legs stayed pretty thin.
In fact, the tabs accused her of endangering her baby’s health by being so thin when she was pregnant with Shiloh. Considering Shiloh weighed 7lbs at birth, she obviously got plenty of nourishment while in her mommy’s tummy!
As for the hair thing, let me attempt to explain what some of the commentors are trying to say:
Both my mother and I were blonde as children (in fact, my mom had white-blonde hair!), but as we got older our hair darkened (in my mom’s case, you would never even guess that she was once a blonde!). I suspect the same thing happened with Angie (it will be interesting to see if it happens to Shiloh as well!).
Oh, and boy, does the sign with the big M on it in the background of the first photo bring back memories! Presumably it is one the signs for the Metro, which is D.C.’s subway system. I rode on the Metro when I was in D.C., and I loved it!
She looks absolutely gorgeous in these photos. Can´t wait to see the movie. I had read somewhere that she´s a natural blonde so it´s no wonder Shiloh has blond hair. Maybe her hair will also turn brown when she grows older. Angie should dye her hair blond for a change because it suits her well. But she also looks beautiful as a brunette. Brad sure would love to see Angie having a blond hair. But no matter what color her hair is he loves her very much.

I bet Angie is enjoying the activity. She loves being active. She said that was one reason she did Wanted was to get out of her low spirits after her mom died. She said she needed something physical. I think she loves the action. She looks beautiful as a blond, sort of looks like Jessica Alba.
As for Brad. I know his parents are so proud of him. I am so glad he finally got with Angie. I really think she is responsible for encouraging and supporting him in his humanitarian efforts and offered the blueprint for getting involved from her experiecnes.
Beautiful family. I am so happy to see the pictures. To make my day, would just love to see the twins. But I know that what happen for awhile.

As for Angie’s lean body type. She has the idea model body. Models usually have long legs and broad shoulders so the clothes can hang on them. When my dtr went to a modeling school that is what they were told. Angie’s body is long and lean along with her being tall. She has the chest and backside to go with it. That is what makes her so sexy. Oh not to mention the face and hair. What more can I say but perfect!

Not sure if its the wig or angle of her face thats confusing me?
Maybe she has a stunt double in some of the photos?
Pictures 1, 4 & 6 look like her.

btw…i thought Angie does all her stunts herself? she did them in Tomb Raider…..

Yes, she does her own stunts BUT she would still have a stunt double to take her through each stunt.
Stunt doubles will also stand in for lightning and sound tests.
I think the photographer concerned in this instance, took photos of AJ and her stunt double but passed them off as just AJ.
Hence my initial confusion with her seemingly changing features.
I’m not sure, but I think stunt doubles might be required, even if a celeb is doing all their own stunts, for legal reasons.

UKGirl, interesting about Angie’s stunt double! If the stunt double has three kids, she has only three more to go before she catches up to Angie and Brad!
Kristen, I was actually going to say the sme thing about Angie’s “workout regime”! In fact, at the Changeling Premire (at least I think it was the Changeling Premire), which was Angie’s first public appearence after having the twins, she was asked how she’d lost most of the weight so quickly.
Her answer was basically: “Running after kids and breastfeeding twins (at the time, she was still nursing Knox and Viv)”. I’m sure running after kids DOES burn a lot of calories, and Angie also lost quite a bit of weight nursing Shiloh (granted, she also lost some due to stress and grief at the lost of her mom, but she herself admitted that breastfeeding was part of the reason she lost so much weight).
Considering she was nursing TWO babies this time around on top of running after the other kids, it’s not surprising to me that she lost weight again.
We need to remember that, even though she stopped nursing the twins when they turned three months old (which was October), and thus isn’t losing any more weight because of that, it’s probably going to take her awhile to regain the weight she DID lose.

Mags, your eyes must have been playing tricks on you in regards to Angie being short. I’ve heard that she’s actually quiet tall!
Lori, I’m pretty sure the wedding ring is for the movie. Several PittWatchers have mentioned that Evelyn Salt is married.
