An old video from a modeling photoshoot of Angelina Jolie has just resurfaced after years of being lost. It’s a little disturbing to see how they pushed someone who was only 16 to look and act sexy. Having daughters myself, it’s a little freaky to think about. I like the adult Angelina much better, the one who is sexy even without trying so hard.

What’s a big deal with Angie modeling a bathing suit at age 16? So many more younger ones are modeling bathing suits but never been ridiculed. I am sure, she was with her mom or an agent when she did those photo shoots. That was 16 years ago, what’s the hoopla?

Most models are 16 to 24 years old and then they are done unless they are exceptional then they could last longer. She is modeling bath suits not underwear, and it is a photo shoot that’s what happens at photo shoots. I remember what I was like at 16 and I sure didn’t think of myself as a child, and I doubt AJ did (and I am only 5yrs older then her). We may have been wrong, but I still think I was more mature then the 16yr old’s today (we weren’t as sheltered). When did everyone get so stiff. We need to get back some of the 60′s vibes and less of the 50′s.

all i kept thinking about is HOW MANY pictures have been taken of her in her life time… so many – and now she has to deal with the paparazzi on her ‘time off’ – how horrible
i don´t know what to think of this. perhaps i am old-fashioned but posing in underware at the age of 16…i don´t know. they show a young girl half naked and thats not really serious in my eyes. they´re not so tacky, they are ok, but i wouldn´t have done that in this age, nor would i allow my daughter to do so with 16.
she was already a beauty back then, but i think she got much more beautiful with age.
