Haha, BeeBelle, you’re not the first one to say that. Tyra really needs to cut the age requirement to 18-20 or 18-21 and even in the modeling world, that’s still too old to start a career. But half of this cycle’s girls are 22 and up with Krista being the oldest at 26. ANTM can’t have younger girls like some of the international ones do because that would require parental supervision but this is ridiculous. C6 Mollie was older than ideal but Mollie is an exception. While I agree Bri, that if Tyra had had Paulina or in the early cycles, Janice picking the girls, we’d have gotten more model-like girls, I get the feeling that Tyra has final say no matter who’s involved with the process just based on comments the Jay’s have made. While I’m looking forward to ALT bringing some reality into this show, I bet he didn’t have a hand in the selection of the finalists.
Now that we are done with the short cycle, are we having the old cycle?
Could Not agree more, Angelea belonged on cycle 12 with sandra. This whole Jaslene, Marvita, Isis comin back to persist crap is old now! If Angelea IS back you know tyra completely ripped that pony weave out, fixed her eyebrows, honkey nails, and that accent before ALT saw her. Mark my words she will be one of the first to LEAVE! Shes this seasons Nikeisha!!!!!! OH and PUT UP THE DAMN PICTURES TYRA!!!! LOL I ASKED FOR THE REVEAL YESTERDAY!
I dont think Angelea should have made it in, but at least if she’s a bitch t will make for some fireworks. It’s a shame she didn’t go into cycle 12 with Sandra, then it would have been war.
Paulina was never involved in the final selection, nor was Nigel. Think about how different the girls chosen would have been if there would have been more than just Ms.J (who ALWAYS agrees with Tyra) and Mr. Jay (who either agrees or is overlooked)giving input

Angelea being on doesn’t bother me. No doubt she provides entertainment by being the b@tch. I’m annoyed that a lot of these girls are “old” by modeling standards. Sure every so often you get a Mollie but that’s rare. This makes me think that ALT wasn’t involved in the final selection. If he was, I’m not impressed unless these girls look amazingly like models. Although since Angelea made it this time, I’m thinking that’s not the case.
I’m sorry, but to be successful in the fashion industry, well any industry for that matter, one has to be professional, and have class… unfortunately the clips we saw of Angelea on cycle12 showed her to be extremely unprofessional, and very classless!
