why is he doing this for the way hes going at this rate he is gunna lose lindsay and that would not be a suprise he keeps talking to people about lindsay and she dose not people want to know things about her personal life is up to lindsay who she tells things to he should just shut up befor he ends up losing her for good.

Wow. Now tell me if I’ve got the time line straight, here.

On October 27, 2008, Michael Lohan apologized for talking about Lindsay and bashing Sam in the media. Saying, “In the past, I felt that the best way to get to her was to speak out publicly. And it was the wrong choice.”

On December 27, 2008, he got a shiny new blog.

Today, almost one month to the day after he got said blog, he’s doing exactly what he’d said was the wrong choice three months ago.

Not even half a year goes by before this guy makes the same mistakes. Why won’t he learn?

What really bothers me about this is that this hurts Lindsay. She still loves her dad despite everything, and things like this hurt her in way all the Pez Hiltons of the world simply can’t.

It’s difficult to react to Michael Lohan’s reactions. I do think that he definitely overreacts and causes a lot of melodrama with his overreactions. However, if you overlook that and the bashing, I do think that he’s concerned about Lindsay and her health.

BUT, if I was in his shoes, I wouldn’t talk about it on my blog. First, he should have kept what he known to himself and tried to contact Lindsay privately and ask her about it. If she doesn’t want to speak to him (I can’t understand why because of his past actions/choices concerning the way that he has bashed Samantha), he can try to ask close friends of Lindsay how she’s doing.

Lindsay already has additional stress from her career and relationship; this just makes things worse for her. Bashing Samantha, obviously, will not help his daughter. What he needs to do is stop publicly giving his opinion about his daughter and her relationships and start trying to communicate with her in more of a positive manner or get someone else to look after her so he/she can tell him what’s going on.

i read the whole thing on x17 and i dont no what to think it scared me he keeps saying help me save her she is cutting herself and of course the weight loss also

It would be great if Samantha and Lindsay would come with a joint statement to address it, but at least usually Lindsay steps up to defend their relationship…although Samantha’s response last year to his obnoxious behavior was excellent as well. He’s such a douche!!!
