Today Show Kitchen: Recipes From Down Under

As part of the Today show kitchen’s “Around the World” series, they featured recipes from Australia.  They sampled food from vegemite sandwiches, crocodile and kangaroo!  Wow.  I don’t know if I’d want to try kangaroo.  Even the featured chef, Shaun Hergatt, said that he’s not fond of it but that it’s eaten by a good number of Australians.  They also cracked open some emu eggs and they were so big, it didn’t even look real!
