I couldn’t help but to laugh at the title of this article on E! Online: “Out With a Bang.”
Because if the information in the article is correct, then Ashlee Simpson and Colin Egglesfield will seriously be leaving Melrose “with a bang.”

Egglesfield told the Web site about a sex scene the two have filmed for an upcoming episode of Melrose:
“It involves us both wearing half-loin cloths that they had to tape to us. There are very few clothes involved in the near future.”
He also said of Ashlee‘s willingness to perform such saucy scenes:
“She’s up for anything.”
I think Pete agrees. ;)

Colin said of his and Ashlee‘s final storylines:
“Things get pretty violent and kind of crazy. Auggie ends up hitting the bottle and falls off the deep end a little bit.”
Egglesfield apparently added during the interview that this storyline was meant to be expanded upon, but because he was let go, it will be resolved more quickly.
E! Online also said of the potential for steamy sex scenes:
A source close to the show tells us that Colin and Ashlee actually have not one but two supersteamy sex scenes in the next few episodes, where the troubled twosome are almost completely au naturel.
Wowza. Sounds like hot stuff!
It sounds like Jessica is right…even having been let go, Ashlee is still bringing attention to the show.
