Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz were in attendance at Gen Art’s 6th Annual Fresh Faces in Fashion event in Chicago the other night. The Trib says, “Fall Out Boy bass player Pete Wentz and Plain White T’s drummer De’mar Hamilton (“Hey There Delilah”)” “splashed a shot glass’ worth of red-carpet buzz over Fashion Focus, now in its fourth year of promoting the city’s fashion industry.”
I think it’s more than a shot glass worth of buzz, especially with Pete Wentz involved. People said Ashlee and Pete also caught up with his dad and some friends while in town. Apparently they had a “late dinner” at “David Burke’s Primehouse inside Chicago’s The James Hotel” and were very “lovey dovey” with each other. Wonder if Ashlee and Pete are also scouting houses in Chicago while they’re there?
