While most people spend Halloween ghost hunting, our girl Ashlee Simpson-Wentz was searching for something more tangible and less creepy. As we reported several days ago, Ash and her husband Pete Wentz are selling their current house in search for something more baby friendly. A few days ago, Ash went out to find their dream house in the San Fernando Valley, an area of Los Angeles, California and she looked great while doing so!

Though you can’t tell from this photo, she is wearing a Bob Dylan tee. It looks to be vintage–what a find! Hopefully she will find as much luck real estate shopping as she does retail shopping!
