Ashlee Simpson has been sporting this goofy hippie look for quite a few days now. I say “goofy” because I don’t think she pulls off this vibe very well at all. I’m hoping this is just a pregnancy wanting-to-look-different-thing that will be gone very shortly.
Still, Ashlee spent the entire weekend with the stupid headband, mumu dress, and glasses (which at least are very cool). I do love the sandles, though.

I don’t love Ashlee or Pete’s getup. The only thing cute in that picture is the dog.

I completely agree with you. I love Ashlee, but lately she has looked goofy as all get out. You know who she reminds me of? Nicole Richie when she was going for that hippy look. Blech!
MK: Exactly. The shoes are so cute and the dresses flatter her, but the headband makes it a bit “Mary Kate and Ashley”-ish.
I like the dresses, but the headband, not so much.
