Ashley Olsen Enjoys Revolutionary Road

Things have been pretty quiet for Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen since the holidays. The girls are laying low after their action-packed 2008.

Ashley was spotted going to see the film Revolutionary Road with some pals last night at Regal Cinema in Union Square in NYC.

The film, which stars Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet, is about a 1950s suburban Connecticut couple. Feeling stifled by life, the couple moves to France in hopes the change will awaken their artistic sensibilities. It’s the first time Kate and Leo have shared a screen since their 1998 blockbuster Titanic, and it’s receiving wide critical acclaim. It was nominated for four Golden Globes, including Best Actor (Drama), Best Actress (Drama, Best Motion Picture (Drama) and Best Director (Drama).

The mist scandalous part of this sighting? The NY Post claims Ashley left the bathroom without washing her hands.

In Mary-Kate news, she was seen leaving Pace restaurant in Los Angeles on January 3. She was with her friend Hayden and did her best to hide her face from the paparazzi as they left the restaurant. You can see the pictures here.
