All Tomorrow’s Parties is coming to New York state for the second year this September. Originally started in England, the 3-day festival began doing stints stateside the past few years, and last year put on a 3-day festival in the Catskills similar to their famed festival in England. The shtick is that they have a band curate the festival, meaning the band gets to choose the performers. The curator for ATP NY 2009 is The Flaming Lips.
