So who tuned in to the Auction Channel or the Internet this weekend to bid on a guitar autographed by Avril Lavigne? Kathy Hilton, mom of Paris and Nicky Hilton, held a charity auction this past weekend to raise money for the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Turns out she raised more than $40,000 for the charity!!
Avril and Paris were both on hand to auction off their items, as well as other ones. Avril’s autographed guitar went for more than $4,000!! The guitar was also designed by Avril and was the top-earning item of the night, beating out a meet-and-greet with the Jonas Brothers!
