So I was listening to some online radio like I usually do and I came across The Ting Tings. I was scratching my head trying to figure out why they sounded familiar and a light went off, they sound like Avril Lavigne’s Best Damn Thing Album. In particular, their song “That’s Not My Name” sounds very much like Avril’s “Girlfriend”.

I know there is a lot of talk about Avril’s new album being more acoustic. And I know that I said I thought that was a good idea for her to return to her roots. Well this just made me change my mind. I think Avril should continue with this fun, hip-hop inspired sound. It’s more current.

Ha ha… Come on, they’re not better than her! They’re good, that’s for sure, but better than Avril- noooo… and I must say again, I can’t wait for her new album!!!!!
The Ting Tings are awesome! I would almost say they are better then Avril…..OHHHH did I just say that. Yeah I did.
