Something just feels good about having them home again. No fabulous pictures have surfaced yet (that I have run across yet, anyhow – I have only just begun catching up from the weekend), but here are a couple of the kids in Malibu (with Angelina’s assistant) – and Zahara standing up on her own, which is something that really hasn’t been seen (although we know it is time). So enjoy!

Kathy, I never said either would quit acting. I DO see him moving more behind the scenes which he’s been doing anyway, and I see her not doing many movies other than one here and there (she’s in talks for SIN CITY 2, and ATLAS SHRUGGED).
Money-wise, they each DO have other means of income coming in apart from acting. He’s got PLAN B ENTERTAINMENT PRODUCTIONS, product endorsements, commerical real estate development (not Vegas) and other investments. She’s also an investor (don’t know if it’s stocks/bonds or what, she just says she invests) product endorsements. Their estimated combined worth is around $235mil-$27500mil, and I’m going by what they’ve earned ONLY from movies, and they don’t even add anything after Ocean’s 11 for him at imdb.com.
I hope they’re not going to quit acting at all. we will miss their beautiful faces on screen! one movie in a year would be fine. ooh.. like i am their manager!! lol
yeah, i agree with bethany one movie in a year with the one is workin and the other is not. so there’s always someone who will guard the kids. besides, Mad is in his school year now.
I don’t think either can afford to quit acting, they will most likely take turns filming so that someone is always with the kids. You know…I love seeing all the pictures I can of their family. But at the same time I feel bad for Mad and Z… they can’t even go outside and play. I know things will settle down soon
I just saw on extra that there’s a helicopter circling around B&A’s house, a load of cars filled with paps, like 10/15 and two boats. I don’t want to see the scene when they go out for the first time, it’s going to be pandemonuim.
lac> He said that in GQ last year. I think what they’re going to do is do like one movie a year each and when one is working the other one isn’t. Sort of like what’s going to go on when brad starts oceans 13.
Brad leaving acting? Hmmm. whats sad about that idea is that we won’t see as much of them if either of them leaves acting. I wonder what Angie’s plans are, other than being a hands on mom. Will she continue acting? It will be interesting to follow thier story through the coming years. I can almost picture them 15 years down the road…. I wish them all the best.
jpf I agree. I remember reading somewhere that Brad said that being a movie star is a young man’s job and that he probably had only 5 more good years left. Also Clooney said when he was promoting that Las Vegas deal that Brad wants to be out of acting in 5 years and do more production and building design work. So I think Brad was already thinking of getting out of acting even before Angie and the kids came into his life.

I mentioned Warren Beatty because in some ways he just reminds me of Brad. He was older before starting a family (55), and boom boom boom boom! 4 kids in less than 8yrs! He’s said to be very devoted not only to wife Annette Bening, but a seriously devoted family man who has given up a lot of his life in the biz to devote to child-rearing. Infact his wife Annette works more than he does (she’s even in a PLAN B…Brad’s production co. movie coming out this year called RUNNING WITH SCISSORS). I see Brad moving back behind the cameras also to spend as much time as possible with their children, and again, I DO see them having more biological children. I honestly see them adopting maybe only once more, and I bet it will be an older child.
It’s so funny that she was trying to walk in PEOPLE mag’s MOST BEAUTIFUL FAMILY photo’s, and that was what? 6wks ago? I’ve actually heard of an old wifes tale that says kids that a child so close in age will sense another on it’s way, and will begin to mature more rapidly…..walking, talking, potty training etc. Don’t know if it’s true (nice spaces between mine) but who knows. I have a friend who swears the pet cat taught her oldest to walk…..he was determined to catch it and so he just started to stand, then take steps whenever the kitty was around lol.
I’m just so happy for this little family, and I will not be at all surpised if Angelina & Brad aren’t pregnant again this time next year. I really see him trying hard to make up for lost time ala Warren Beatty lol.
