2009 is just two days away, so why not end the year with a contest? There has been a ton of celebrity stories this year, and we want to know what YOUR favorite was. Was it Joe Jonas and Taylor Swift? Miley Cyrus and Nick Jonas? The insane opening weekend of Twilight? Or something else altogether?

We’re going to be opening up a forum right here – for everyone to talk about their favorite celebrities, gossip, news, fashion, and more! The forum won’t be opening up to the public until mid January, but we’re giving 25 readers access to the forum at the end of this week! I think my favorite articles were when you would write things about the Twilight movie; I had just started reading Twilight when you were writing them, and it kind of made me even more excited to finish, and watch the movie!
Another favorite of mine would be the Nick Jonas and Selena Gomez articles. It’s interesting to try to put the ”clues” together and try to figure out wether they’re going out or not! I think I have a pretty good idea, but I’m still not entirely sure. It’s kinda of like a mystery! Although, to be completly honest, I kind of hope they’re not dating… ;)
P.S A forum sounds like a great idea!
I think it was New Moon news because there were rumers that Taylor Lautner might not be in New Moon. I remember just thinking that they CANNOT do that!!!
my favorite article was your synopsis of twilight after you had gone see it at like midnight. it really got me pumped to go see it the next day…. and i was able to compare what i thought about certain parts to what you thought. and by the way thanks for continuingly updating the website! i read it like every day
I think 2008 was full of amazing surprises.
The most shocking one was Jamie Lynn’s
pregnancy and Miley Cyrus dating Justin Gaston.
The top icon of this year had to be the Jonas Brothers. I think my top favorite moments of this year was when Demi Lovato released her new album and music vids. she’s awesome!! i think it was kinda funny seeing miley cyrus in 7 things…lol. also i loved watching selena’s and demi’s vids on youtube.

I loved the Twilight, Taylor Swift, Selena Gomez, Jennette McCurdy and oh yah The Jonas brothers articles! It was eather the gossip or the outstanding article you or somebody else wrote. Like the twilight articles, they gave sooo much information and were fantastic to read! I loved them! the selena gomez pics were amazing! I am a huge fan of Jennette McCurdy! The jonas brothers were just fun to read about!

well anything jonas brothers related is good for me they were definately my fav stars of 2008!
anything that happened from russell brand to taylor swift they just acted like complete gentlemen! thats what i love so much about them! not only do they make really good music they seem like really genuine people!

defo the whole nick-miley-selena situation, taylor and joe was crazy esp the aftermath! and the shocker that was when kevin was pictured making out with danielle on a beach! i wouldnt have thought any of them would be caught out with their gf’s out and about but good for him!

I think Jamie Lynn Spears getting pregnant was definitely the most shocking gossip I heard lol.
i think the most popular gossip story this year was Joe Jonas and Taylor Swift’s breakup. Since she blabbed about it everywhere.
Then i also think that the Seventeen magazine issue with Miley Cyrus was big too because she finally admitted going out with Nick Jonas which EVERYONE wanted to know.
im just saying they were the popular moments. theyre not really my favorites because i think all that gossip shouldve been kept to myself. i dont wanna seem gossip-hungry. (thought i kinda sorta am. thats why i come here everyday. :P)
I think Demi Lovato was THE breakout star of 2008! She was the star of a short series called As the Bell Rings. She started off in a new movie with the Jonas Brothers called Camp Rock. She then made her album..and even made 2 music videos that were a hit! La La Land and Get Back. She went tour with the JBs and is great friends with Selena Gomez. I think she’s amazing. She’s my idol!
idk definatly something about ASHLEY TISDALE. she is such a star. oh i know!… everyone gossips about how perfect she is, because everyone is jealous!!!! hahahahahaha you know it!
