This one is making the rounds today: could Real Housewife of New York City Bethenny Frankel and New York Yankees player Alex Rodriguez, or “A-Rod” be re-kindling their hookup? The New York Daily News reports that he was seen dropping her off at her hotel this weekend after an “intimate dinner” at an unnamed local Miami restaurant.
Last month, another unnamed source told the paper that Bethenny and A-Rod had hooked up but that he had cut it off. I don’t know what to make of this pairing except that it’s smart of Bethenny to be seen having dinner with Alex Rodriguez especially since the producers seem hell bent on showing her off as a sad, bitter single woman this season. As opposed to the sad woman harping on her boyfriend to move in and get married from last season (remember the cringe inducing “dry eggs” conversation). And if anything is happening, B could do much, much worse than Madonna’s sloppy seconds.
