As you probably know, Beyoncé’s track, “Video Phone” is off of her 2008 album, I Am…Sasha Fierce and was originally recorded with just Bey’s voice. However, she wanted Lady Gaga to get in on the action, by letting Gaga write her own verse for the song and then remixing the track to have Gaga’s vocals on it. Bey is re-releasing the deluxe version of the album to have the remixed version of the song on the CD.
The music video for the track supposed to be released on November 5th, however for whatever reason it was moved to November 23rd, the same day that Bey is airing her Thanksgiving special.
What do you guys think of Gaga on the track? It really doesn’t add that much to it, but it’s still cool that they decided to work together. Listen to the track below.
