Have you heard the Beyoncé track “Daddy?” It’s from her “Dangerously in Love” CD and I think it’s really beautiful. It’s a little creepy in some ways in terms of lyrics (“I want my husband to be like my daddy”) but, overall it’s really sweet and touching. Listen to it here:
I don’t think it’s creepy that she wants a man like her father. Most people, whether they realize it or not, are mostly attracted to men like their father or women lke their mother. I think she was just saying her father was so amazing, she wants her husband to be a father like him. Maybe I’m wrong, though.
I guess it’s because my dad is crummy
