At last night’s Super Bowl, American Idol winner Jordin Sparks sang the national anthem but many people are saying she lip-synched (and among them, some say it is almost necessary to lip-synch at big events like this).
I put up a video a few days ago of Bey singing the national anthem and I wondered how you thought the two compared. Check it out:

Either way, both Jordin and Beyoncé are professional and fantastic singers with so much talent to have the ability to send chills up and down the arms of all who hear. I don’t care if either of them lip-synced the songs, originally they had to record them, so quit splitting hairs.
I think that both of them did a really great job but personally i liked jordan’s performance better. I listened to both of them but when i listen to jordan’s version she almost sounded like celine.

They both looked like they lip sync’d and both are fantastic singers. I happen to have liked Jordan’s performance better. It was a better interpretation of the words. Either one of them can sing at my birthday party though!
Now Whitney didn’t look like she was lip syncing and what a performance! No question the best singer of the three, but I may have preferred Jordan’s arrangement.
I am very sorry but Beyonce kicked butt. i personally think she killed jordan Sparx!!! But Jordan and Beyonce are both FABULOUS singers!!!
im so greatly blessed that both are done so very fantastic job. no quiz about the best performance. i like the style of beyonce in the sing section as well as Jordan Shark. Both are so talents and professional singers ever heard!
oh,,, WE SHOULDN’T START THIS CAUSE IT’S JUST HIDING THE OBVIOUS,,, THAT BEYONCE IS BETTER THAN ANY SINGER TODAY. ALTHOUGH JORDIN, RIHANNA, ETC, HAVE NICE SONG AND BLABLA, WELL, BEYONCE IS JUST THE BEST, SHE CAN DANCE AND SING AT THE SAME TIME I A VERY VERY GOOD WAY, NOT TO MENTION NOT MANY SINGERS CAN DANCE HARD CORE WHILE SINGING FLAWLESSLY LIKE BEYONCE. SO YEAH BACK OFF, NO ONE AIN’T BETTER THA BEY, EVEN JORDIN,, IT’S THE TRUTH….
THEY BOTH WERE PRETTY GOOD BUT IT WAS VERY OBVIOUS BY THE TEARS IN EVERYBODIES EYES INCLUDING THE COACHES AND TEAM MEMBERS THAT WHITNEY HOUSTON IS THE BEST…I DONT CARE WHAT NOBODY SAYS…WHITNEY HOUSTON KILLED IT!!! SHE COULDNT BE MATCHED BY NONE OF THEM…
