Hmmm… I came across this.
The site says the following:
After the 2005 Hurricane Katrina, Beyonce´, Mathew and Tina Knowles along with Kelly Rowland founded The Survivor Foundation, a non-profit 501c(3) organization in efforts to help assist those who are still in need and affected by the horrible devastation.
What do you think of this? Some people will criticize but I still think it’s better than anything most people are doing to help the survivors of Hurricane Katrina.

I think it is very generous of them to do this. It’s for a great cause and I believe that many are being helped. I think it’s better than what our own government has done.

im a 7th grader and my geography teacher asked us to do a report about celebs helping and your name was the first to pop into my head! when i found out you were helping others i decieded that i was definatly going to do my project on your story!!!
