Biggest Loser: A Team Goes Home

On this week’s episode of the Biggest Loser, the contestants started with a competition. Each team had to dig holes in sand to find keys to unlock a box containing a prize they would not be told about until the challenge was over. Everyone worked as hard as they could and after huge amounts of teamwork, the Blue team won the challenge.

Allison Sweeney told them that because they were the winners, they could all go home for a week to be with their loved ones. But that would mean a week without Bob & Jillian on the ranch. They thought it over and decided to stay on the ranch and forego the trips home. Then she told the Black team that since the Blue team would be staying, the Black team had to go home for the week.

Each of the Black team members did their best to overcome the temptations of being at home, around their families. It was not an easy week for any of them. But they were all able to easily see how their families and friends needed to learn the things they were being taught on the ranch too. Would the week be hard for the Black team in the weigh-in?

After the Black team was told to vote someone out of the competition, it became clear that no one deserves to go home. They all are in it for the right reasons and they all need the weight loss in order to be healthy. I can’t imagine how hard it was to make the decision, but the team voted to send Dina home.

Once she got home, she continued her weight loss and is looking very thin and great already. I know she’ll be even more amazing looking when we see her again on the finale.
