Biggest Loser: An Emotional Elimination

On this week’s episode of the Biggest Loser, people reacted to Tracey’s betrayal and no one seems to trust her at all any more. If she ever gets below the yellow line, she’s a goner.

We also found out that Tracey’s health issues are even worse than expected and Dr. H. told her to not work out at all. Poor Mo would have to carry the burden of keeping them both in the competition.

Words of wisdom from Jillian to Julio:

You didn’t get to be this weight by accident. Food doesn’t just fall in your face.

You’ve gotta love the honesty. ;-)

The group found out that this week, they would not be able to access the “safe” foods in the Biggest Loser kitchen. They would have to order out all their meals and it would require them to look at menus, ask questions and be very careful in order to stay on their program.

Then, Allison Sweeney gave them a quiz. The winning team would win a kitchen stocked with healthy foods for a year! Wow!! The pink team, Amanda & Rebecca won the challenge and the year of food.

Alison then gave them a physical challenge. They had to hold onto handles and stay suspended above a pool of water the longest. The last one to drop would win immunity for their team. Daniel was the winner, which guaranteed that he and Shay are safe.

Here’s how the weigh-in went:

Team Name Last Wk. This Wk. Loss %
Pink Amanda 235 230 -9 1.86%
Rebecca 248 244
Purple Tracey 217 213 -12 2.21%
Coach Mo 326 318
Green Allen 292 285 -10 1.97%
Abby 216 213
Brown Liz 243 240 -11 1.74%
Danny 390 382
Blue Rudy 388 377 -16 2.57%
Dina 234 229
Orange Daniel 287 287 -5 immun.
Shay 437 432
Black Julio 368 364 -4 1.09%

The two teams below the yellow line were the Brown team and Julio, the Black team.

Both teams were loved by everyone. No one wanted to see either team go and neither of them would campaign against each other. So when it came time to vote, nearly the entire room was in tears. But after the votes were read, Julio was sent home.

Then we got to see how Julio looks now, after being at home. So far, he’s lost 108 lbs. That’s amazing! He looks so much better and healthier! It will be great to see how much more he loses when he comes back for the finale.

Who would you have voted to send home? Who is your favorite this season? Let us know!
