We just finished the most recent Family edition of the Biggest Loser, and now we need to get ready for the next season, a Couples edition. This new season of the Biggest Loser will premiere on NBC on January 6. I’m now getting ready to do my own private version of the weight loss regime and look forward to the motivation this great show will offer.
