On this week’s Biggest Loser, we saw the contestants on the ranch for the last week of their stay. Each of them had their own things they had learned from the experience and all of them knew that the next time they would be together, one of them would be named the official Biggest Loser. The pressure was intense, and so was the nostalgia.
As they took a look at where they had begun their journeys and how far they had progressed so far, it was amazing to see the changes each of them had already made. After this weigh-in, they all would go home to complete their weight-loss missions.
Here’s how the weigh-in went this week:
| Name | Last Wk. | This Wk. | Loss | % |
| Allen | 238 | 230 | -8 | 3.36% |
| Liz | 203 | 198 | -5 | 2.46% |
| Rudy | 308 | 296 | -12 | 3.90% |
| Amanda | 193 | 186 | -7 | 3.63% |
| Danny | 304 | 288 | -16 | 5.26% |

Liz & Allen fell below the yellow line and were up for elimination. Liz had Dany’s vote. No surprise there. And Rudy, of course, voted to keep Allen. So it all came down to Amanda’s vote. She chose to keep Liz in the competition. So Allen was voted out.
I can’t wait to see the finale and how much each of them will have lost by then. It’s always exciting to see the final results show and to find out who will take home the big dollar prizes. But in their own lives, each of them has proven themselves to be winners.
